The Midwest Evaluation and Research (MER) app is specifically intended for persons participating in a survey project being conducted by MER and one of our program partners. The app allows research participants to provide informed consent, take surveys, communicate with MER staff, receive notifications about upcoming requested surveys, and receive incentives for completing studies.
